FREE DOWNTOWN NORFOLK SHUTTLE - ROUTE 310
Please be advised that the new Route 310- Downtown Norfolk Shuttle will provide transportation between the new Cedar Grove Transfer Area and the downtown Central Business District.
The Downtown Shuttle will operate Monday-Saturday, 6am-12:30am and Sunday 6am -10pm every 15 minutes. This is a free shuttle.
The route operates as follows:
From Cedar Grove Parking Lot to Downtown Norfolk Via Monticello Ave./St. Paul’s Blvd.
(R) on Waterside Dr./Boush St.
(R) on City Hall Ave.
(L) on Monticello Ave.
(R) on Princess Anne Rd.
(R) on Salters St.
Note: After 7:00pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday the Downtown Shuttle will detour Via: St. Paul’s Blvd (R) Plume St. (R) Bank St. (L) City Hall Ave. (R) Monticello Ave. over regular route.

MONTICELLO & CHARLOTTE TRANSFER AREA RELOCATION
Routes 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 11, 13, 18, 20, 24, 45, 61
Please be advised that effective Sunday March 30, 2008 the Monticello & Charlotte Transfer Area will be permanently closed due to construction for theWachovia Center. HRT will relocate its transfer operations to Cedar Grove Parking Lot which is located on Monticello Ave. between Virginia Beach Blvd. and Princess Anne Rd (see map below). Buses will access the transfer area via Princess Anne Rd. and make a right onto Salter Ave. and right into the Cedar Grove Parking Lot. Buses will exit the transfer area via Princess Anne Rd.
All routes that normally proceed to Monticello & Charlotte will be rerouted to Cedar Grove Parking Lot and will no longer service the downtown Central Business District. Route 61 will provide limited service to the downtown Central Business District.
Bus stops and shelters located at the corner of Princess Anne Rd. and Monticello Ave. will be relocated to the Cedar Grove Parking Lot. Additional bus stops for routes 6, 8, 45 and 61 are listed below. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by this relocation. Thank you for your patronage.
ROUTE 6, 8 AND ROUTE 45
From St. Paul’s Blvd. to the Cedar Grove Parking Lot a stop will be located at St. Paul’s Blvd. and Woods St..
From Cedar Grove Parking Lot to the Berkley Bridge a stop will be located at St. Paul’s Blvd. and Charlotte St.
ROUTE 61 EXPRESS
From Wards Corner to downtown Norfolk stops will be located at Monticello Ave. and Fort Tar. St. Paul’s Blvd. and Charlotte St., St. Paul’s Blvd. and Plume St., Waterside Dr. and Commercial Pl., Monticello Ave., and City Hall Ave.
From downtown Norfolk to Wards Corner stops will be located at Monticello Ave. and Virginia Beach Blvd. and Monticello Ave., and 15th St. only.

SERVICE IMPROVEMENTS
